Over the last 7 years, I have been meal prepping for myself and my family. It all started because I hated the feeling of coming home from a long day at work or school, and struggling to figure out what I was gonna make for dinner. Add to that, the pressure of my hangry kids and spouse, plus a million household tasks that needed to be done. I was so overwhelmed and needed to find a way to provide quick and healthy meals for my family.
Meal prepping was the answer! If I could prepare a bunch of meals for dinner, I knew I could have healthy and tasty options for our meals, without the stress!
During my years of meal prepping, I have tested and trialed numerous methods to make meal prepping quicker and easier. And, I am so happy to be able to share these methods with you!
