Do you need some new breakfast ideas? My friend, Heather, asked me if I had some ideas for make ahead breakfasts that didn’t include eggs. She was getting bored of having the same thing for breakfast every day and needed some help. I was more than happy to help her out!
Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. I love starting my morning with a delicious and healthy meal to kick the day off right. For me, it is so important to have a good source of protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. This combination helps me to stay fuller for longer as well as nourish my body so that I have lots of energy to chase after the kids and work on my business.

Overnight oats a great no-cook option for breakfast. This version is packed with Caramel Toffee Protein Powder from Vega which makes it taste totally indulgent! If you like your oatmeal warm, you can also microwave it right before you eat it.
