Why Healthy and Delicious Food is Important to Me
Every week, I have a LIVE cooking show on my FB group, Get Nourished with Renata. I love to share healthy and delicious recipes that are quick to make and that the whole family loves.
The reason I do this is to show that healthy recipes do not have to be boring and bland. Healthy food can, and should, be delicious! Healthy food should be easy to make, and, most of all healthy food should make you feel good!
The power of food is something that I have witnessed in my own life. I’ve shared the stories of my daughter and my husband in this video, and those experiences have profoundly impacted the way I see food. Making mindful food choices have helped not only myself, but my whole family live happier and healthier lives.

This is also why I resonated with Danielle Throckmorton’s healthy living journey. Danielle is a wedding planner and owner of Throckmorton Events. She has also made major changes for the last few years when it comes to nourishing her body. Danielle was suffering from stomach ulcers and vitamin deficiencies. She was low in energy all the time and was rapidly losing weight in an unhealthy way. Danielle finally decided that enough was enough. She took control of her health, educated herself and has truly transformed her health and wellness.
Danielle joined me in my latest Live Cooking Show to share her struggles with health, how she overcame them and how we are moving forward to help others start their healthier living journeys.
