This Honey Balsamic Chicken is a super simple crockpot recipe. It is one of those recipes that is a no-brainer to throw into the crockpot in the morning and let cook all day. It fills the house up with the most delicious aroma and makes you feel super proud and organized that you already have dinner cooking.
I made this recipe for my family and here are just a few of the rave reviews I got:
“Mommy! This chicken isn’t good… it’s excellente!”
“This chicken has a little kick to it. It’s good!”
“You could sell this chicken at a restaurant!”
LOL! I thought it was so cute what the kids said, but more importantly, I was so happy that they enjoyed it.
So I thought, why keep this to myself? I have to share this recipe with you.

What is Nourish for the Holidays Program?
During the holidays, do you struggle with energy?
You’re so stressed out about getting presents, cooking, cleaning, getting ready for family coming over that you forget to look after yourself. You just eat whatever is around, usually more cookies than normal, and you wonder why you just can’t seem to get through the day without needing a 3 pm candy or coffee.
Do you know why that is?
It’s because of the food we are eating.
We’ve been reaching for junk food for comfort but it’s actually causing us more stress, making us more hungry and then we eat more of this junk!
It’s a cycle.
It’s a cycle you can STOP RIGHT NOW.
You can take back 2020 by finally understanding which foods actually help you feel fueled up and filled up.
I’m not talking about a diet.
I’m talking about a way of eating that is satiating and sustainable. Something you could do forever.
How do you do this?
I’ll be showing you exactly how to do this in my Nourish for the Holidays group coaching program.
In this program, I’ll be doing weekly group coaching for 3 months, with a group of incredible women who are looking for that support and encouragement that you can’t find anywhere else.
You’ll get weekly meal plans as well as tips to make traditional holiday foods healthier but just as Mouth watering! And even more satiating!
It’s time to finally feel good about the food you’re eating!
It’s time to finally love your body enough to give it foods that nourish and fuel you!
Join the Nourish for the Holidays Program today by sending me an email. Don’t delay! We get started on November 2!
