What do Reese Witherspoon and I have in common?
We both love smoothies!
Since I am such a smoothie nerd, I am always intrigued by smoothie recipes. Late one night, I was on IG and saw that Reese (we are on a first name basis btw) had posted a green smoothie recipe.
I watched her IGTV video and was shocked at the recipe.
She used 2 WHOLE HEADS of romaine lettuce, plus spinach, banana, apple, celery, pear and a WHOLE LEMON. Yes, I said it. One. Whole. Lemon.
I couldn’t believe my eyes! What was this concoction?
Reese claimed this smoothie tasted really good, but I was skeptical.
I mean, there is a whole lemon and two whole heads of romaine in there. How could that not taste like you’re drinking a salad?
