We all know that Halloween means crazy amounts of candy and some major sugar highs, and sugar crashes!
I’m all about moderation, so I don’t mind that my kiddos have a little bit of candy, but with Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas indulgences coming at us in quick succession, it can be really tough to make sure we are all consistently eating healthy.
That’s why I wrote this recipe e-book, The Busy Mom’s Guide to Healthy Halloween Treats!
I created 10 healthy and delicious, as well as lower sugar, Halloween recipes, in this e-book!
I’ve split this e-book into two sections: Sweet and Savory. That way you can make some secretly healthy Halloween sweet treats as well as some quick and easy dinners too.
I love that you can whip up these recipes in only a few minutes and they taste so good!
And I love that my kids and family loved these recipes too!
