Why Healthy and Delicious Food is Important to Me
Every week, I have a LIVE cooking show on my FB group, Get Nourished with Renata. I love to share healthy and delicious recipes that are quick to make and that the whole family loves.
The reason I do this is to show that healthy recipes do not have to be boring and bland. Healthy food can, and should, be delicious! Healthy food should be easy to make, and, most of all healthy food should make you feel good!
The power of food is something that I have witnessed in my own life.
