Breakfast of Champions
I love breakfast! I’m one of those people that wake up hungry. Even if I’ve had a big meal the night before and gone to bed feeling super full and bloated.
I actually wake up even hungrier the next day!
I know, it’s crazy, but for some reason that’s just how my body works 🤷🏻♀️
Which is also why I love breakfast. Especially when I can have a quick and delicious breakfast on hand that will curb my hunger pangs.
I have been wanting to make a healthy granola recipe for awhile now, but couldn’t quite figure out the flavors I wanted to use until my recent muse popped into my head… PUMPKIN!
What better way to ring in the Fall season that with a delicious Pumpkin Granola!
