These recipes are ones that are quick and easy to make, as well as being totally delicious and healthy.
And to celebrate the upcoming launch of my new digital course, 30 Minute Meal Prep, I am sharing one of the recipes that I actually cook for the exclusive “Meal Prep with Me” cooking video in my course. That recipe is the Green Curry Chicken recipe.
My family absolutely loves this recipe and it couldn’t be simpler to whip up. The green curry is not set-your-tongue-on-fire spicy, but it is very flavorful, which the kids and the hubby can’t get enough of. Leftovers reheat very well and the curry can be eaten with or without rice.
I love meal prep like this – quick, easy and delicious! No overwhelm, no stress but lots of healthy and tasty food for several meals.
