Slice the apple into thin slices and arrange in a circular pattern on a plate.
Add the peanut butter to a small bowl and warm in the microwave for about 15 seconds so that it is a pourable consistency. If your peanut butter is too thick, add the coconut oil to loosen the peanut butter and thin the consistency of the peanut butter.
