I’m going to let you in on a little secret:
You get to create your healthy life.
Instead of trying to live up to an unrealistic expectation of what social media says “healthy” is, you get to decide that for yourself.
Does being healthy mean having a six pack and 3% body fat?
Or does healthy mean feeling energized all day and being able to run around after your kids without getting winded?
Does healthy mean eating sustainably with organic ingredients?
Or does it mean eating to minimize your risk of diabetes that runs in your family?
You get to choose.
And you get to create it!
