I first heard about Habit Stacking from a book called Atomic Habits by James Clear. But I have never seen it come to life as much as I have after meeting Mackenzie, health coach from Running with Bacon.
Mackenzie’s philosophy is to make habits work for us, by using habit stacking to make new habits incredibly easy to do. This philosophy is so powerful especially when it comes to health goals! Instead of struggling with adopting new habits in this New Year, what if those health habits were actually so easy that it would be silly not to do it?
