Shelley picked this Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl, and I have to say, this is one of my favorites!
This Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl is my take on mint chocolate chip ice cream. But this version is higher in protein and filled with lots of nutritious ingredients to help fuel and nourish your body. You can also make it refined sugar free and dairy free.
It is also the perfect mid-afternoon snack. It combines the fresh bite of mint, the subtle dark chocolate hit and the creamy, cold smoothie as its base.
Not to mention, it comes together in just minutes!
