My Other Passion
One of the other things I love, other than food, is fitness! I have really enjoyed learning how to become physically active, then get better, stronger and try new workouts all the time.
During this journey, I have been able to see many different kinds of workouts. But none of them have resonated with me like the workouts from Sylvia Nasser aka The Fit Fem.
Sylvia’s workouts not only pack a huge fitness “punch” by combining multiple compound movements, but she also targets the real core of why most people start working out in the first place… body acceptance.
I was so thankful to sit down with Sylvia to ask her about how she got started in fitness, her issues with self confidence and how her fitness journey has shaped the woman and business she has today.
This was the first time that I had heard all of Sylvia’s journey, and let me tell you, I was so surprised! This is not the typical fitness journey that you may have heard from other people.
You will love hearing about how Sylvia started in the fitness industry and how it has shaped and fueled her today.
Now for one of my favorite parts of the video: we get to work out together! We do a full core workout called Rock Solid. This is one of Sylvia’s signature workouts and it is a serious burner! You will be surprised at how much this workout makes you think, as well as sweat.
