What would you do?
What if I could save you 132 mins per week?
ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY TWO MINUTES, Y’ALL!
That is over 2 hours straight back to ya.
What would you do with an extra 2+ hours per week?
Would you watch a movie?
Get more sleep?
Spend time with the people you love the most?
I should probably answer the most important question first. Where did all this extra time come from?
Meal Prep was a Lifesaver
When I was working in a corporate environment, I would often be rushing from work to daycare, picking up the hungry kids and then arriving home, with barely anytime to kick off my shoes before I had to start making dinner.
I felt completely stressed out, overwhelmed and honestly frustrated because I wanted to have healthy meals for my family but I HAD NO TIME.
I knew I had to come up with a better way.
So, I turned to meal prepping.
I started off meal prepping on Sunday afternoons. I would literally spend 4 hours in the kitchen cooking up meals for the rest of the week.
But this didn’t work either.
Those Sunday afternoons, that were supposed to be relaxing and time with my family, were instead spent in the kitchen trying to make food that we could eat for a week.
And, of course, by mid-week, my family got sick of that food.
So I had to find a better way.
A Better Way
I thought to myself, instead of meal prepping for an entire week, what if I meal prepped for 2-3 days?
This way, I would spend way less time in the kitchen and the family and I wouldn’t get bored of the food.
So, I tried it.
And it worked!
I realized that if I worked smarter, not harder, I could actually meal prep 2-3 meals in a matter of 30 mins. No more spending hours in the kitchen on Sunday afternoons. No more getting sick of eating the same meals again and again.
Just 30 minutes to meal prep 2-3 meals for the whole family.
Sounds pretty great, right?
I thought so too! And that’s why I wanted to share it with you.
30 Minute Meal Prep
I am sharing with you my 30 Minute Meal Prep Course. In this course, I will teach you my 4 Step Plan to have you meal prep 2-3 meals in only 30 mins.
My method of meal prepping not only works, but it will save you so much time.
How much time, you ask?
Did you know that the average American spends 37 mins per day in the kitchen?
Let’s assume that we cook 6 days of the week. So,
37 mins x 6 days per week = 222 mins per week spent in the kitchen
With my program, 30 Minute Meal Prep, we cook 2-3 meals in 30 mins. Let’s assume we use the 30 Minute Meal Prep method 3 times in one week, so…
30 mins x 3 times per week = 90 mins for meal prepping per week
Now, let’s look at the difference between these two times spent in the kitchen:
222 mins/week – 90 mins/week = 132 mins or 2.2 hrs
So by using my 30 Minute Meal Prep method, you could get about 132 mins or 2.2 hours back each week to do with whatever you want!
What will you do?
Who will you spend this extra time with?
My personal fave: spend time with these goofballs that I call my family.
