My Birthday Week Gift for You!

Did you hear the news?

It's my birthday week and I have a big announcement to share with you!

I’ve always had a dream in the back of my mind. That dream that you always think “one day I’m gonna do that!” But somehow life gets in the way and you never get around to making that dream a reality. Instead, that dream just stays sitting on the shelf, waiting for some magical moment when you’ll have time to finally work on it. 

Well, little did I know that someone would ask me a pivotal question that would be the catalyst for what I’m about to share with you today. 

My friend, Rachel from Next Level Life asked me this question, “What would you do if nothing was holding you back?”

Immediately, what popped into my mind was this dream. This dream I had had since I was a kid who loved food and spent so much time in the kitchen cooking and pouring over cookbooks. 

I’m one of those weirdos who loves to read cookbooks like they are novels. Nothing makes me happier than sitting down with a new cookbook, reading the recipes and imagining all the beautiful flavors of the food that fill the pages. 

And as a kid, I also imagined, what would it be like to have my own cookbook? To be able to walk into a book store and see my very own cookbook proudly displayed on a table. 

And to know that maybe somewhere there was another little girl, reading my cookbook, imagining herself cooking all the food and having her own cookbook one day too. 

So that’s why my big announcement is….. I am releasing my very own cookbook!

This cookbook is called Nourish Your Body: A 30 Day Healthy and Delicious Eating Meal Plan.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to work with me as your Nutrition Coach, and get your own meal plans, this book is for you! 

This 30 day Meal Plan is very similar to the meal plans that I provide my clients but with some brand new recipes thrown in too. 

But more than that, this book will include some of the coaching tips and techniques that I share with all my clients too. 

The Nourish Your Body Cookbook will be released in early August. I’ll be sharing more about the cookbook including some behind-the-scenes fun as we get closer to the launch.
