What are some things you hate?

For many women they tell me they hate their periods.

Some women hate it when they have big emotions like when they are really angry or frustrated.

But have you ever thought to ask WHY you hate these things?

What is really interesting about these two examples is that I find that many women have been conditioned to hate these things.

This means that through upbringing or experiences, these women have been told that these examples are are not “acceptable” by society and thus, should be hated.

But should they really be hated?

Or could these things that you’ve been trained to hate actually be part of how you grow, mature and heal as an adult?
