All this week, I am sharing some delicious smoothie recipes that taste like dessert. Yes, dessert!

Smoothies are one of my favorite things to make, either for a quick breakfast or even a snack or dessert.

Not only are these smoothies yummy and easy to make, they are also packed with nutrition. I've designed each of these smoothies to have 4 key ingredients that will actually help you to feel full.

These 4 key ingredients are:

  • Protein
  • Healthy Fats
  • Fiber
  • Greens

So how do you take these 4 ingredients and turn them into a quick and easy meal?

Pumpkin Pecan Smoothie:

Pumpkin Pecan Smoothie

A smoothie that combines your fave pies: pumpkin pie and pecan pie!

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp caramel stevia
  • 1 tbsp pecans
  • 1 handful greens, (such as spinach or kale)
  • 2 cups water or milk or choice
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend till completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Pecan Pie Smoothie:

Pecan Pie Smoothie

Pecan Pie in a glass! This smoothie is quick and easy to make, as well as being completely delicious!

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp pecan pieces
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp caramel stevia
  • 1 handful greens (such as spinach or kale)
  • 2 cups water or milk or choice
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend till completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
