Make New Year’s Resolutions that *Actually* Stick! with Mackenzie from Running with Bacon
Are you struggling to keep your New Year’s resolutions?
In my opinion, simply setting a broad, generalized New Year’s resolution does not actually make it possible for you to keep your resolution going.
That’s why so many people fall off the Resolution Bandwagon. Studies have shown in the 3rd week of January, only 36% of people are still committed to their resolutions.
But why is this?
I wanted to bring my very first guest onto the Nourish with Renata Podcast to explain why.
Meet Mackenzie, aka Coach Mack from Running with Bacon!
She is a fellow health coach who specializes in making fitness a totally achievable part of your life. I have named her the Habit Queen for good reason - she loves to share the power of habits, and, in this episode, she will explain why and how habits might be the missing piece from making your New Year's resolutions stick.
You can listen to the full episode right here. Or watch the Youtube video here.
